Through our past experience, we’ve developed a growth framework and a process that works. We’ll lead your team through the process, as leaders or coaches, to make sure that your team can adapt this process for the future. This process is built on agile methodologies, adapted for marketing.
First we make sure to understand your specific situation and current state. This includes your people, objectives, customers and products. We make sure to analyze your growth opportunities according to our framework. We will run a number of workshops, invite experts from our team, and utilize your internal resources to maximize opportunities. We’ll brainstorm, discuss and quantify.
Next, we’ll set up the agile marketing operations. This usually involves:
- Allocating the team from your end and from Recuro
- Coaching in agile marketing methodologies
- Plan for 2-3 sprints and set up a joint backlog
- Book meetings for standups, reviews, planning and demo session
- Manage stakeholders and set up the right enablers for success
When this is completed, we’ll start to iterate the activities with continuous improvements. Depending on your own capabilities, we can help with the execution of marketing activities as well.
