Lately, we have observed a significant rise in demand from our customers for a strong and efficient customer support function. This has become even more crucial amid the shift towards retention due to the global situation. Our primary goal is to help our customers achieve success, which is why we are thrilled to welcome Adel Thomason to our team. Adel will be working as a support specialist, and we took a few moments to get to know her better.
Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself Adel?
- Absolutely, I’m 27 years old and originally from Stockholm. I love helping people, which is why I enjoy working in customer support. I have worked in a wide range of positions, all of which have focused on helping the person in front of me in the best possible way. I recently worked at Klarna’s customer support team, which gave me a broad understanding and insight into how to be successful in my role. During the holidays, I like to spend time with family and friends, take nature walks, and listen to podcasts or music. My biggest hobby is cooking and baking elaborate meals and desserts.
What made you say yes to this position at Recuro?
- Recuro is a quite new company with endless possibilities, and I wanted to grow with the company. Recuro’s focus on subscription-based business models is an excellent idea to help other companies grow their businesses. By offering customer service, I can assist other companies in focusing on what’s essential to them.
What will be your primary focus?
